Turn your commercial and supplier processes into AI agents
Trail parses your commercial agreements, supplier agreements, pricing decisions, rebate programs, price files and rep emails into one governed context graph. Then AI agents process orders, chargebacks, audit rebates, claim price protection and work the order desk on top of it.

put Trail to work on:
Turn an order management SOP into a working agent, in one upload.
Import the order management SOP, work instructions or allocation policy your customer service team follows. Trail reads it inside your boundary, builds the agent, and shows which step produced each rule.
- 01
Import process docs
Drop in the order-to-cash SOP, work instructions, allocation policy or customer terms your team already works from, as PDF, DOCX, spreadsheets or scans.
- 02
Agent auto-built
Trail parses them into a context graph. It outlines the agent's role, splits the process into phases, and adds the tools each step needs.
- 03
Review, approve, run
Every learned rule is explained and traced to the exact text it came from. Agents take decisions strictly based on these rules.
“…before entering an order, Customer Service shall confirm that the ship-to holds a current state license in the customer master; quantities shall be entered in full cases; lots shall be allocated first-expiry, first-out, provided each meets the customer's minimum remaining shelf life; orders for 2–8 °C product shall be scheduled to ship Monday through Wednesday only…”
No current license? Hold the order and request it. Otherwise: full cases, earliest in-date lot, cold-chain ships Mon–Wed.
One graph underneath all your AI agents.
Everything Trail parses collapses into a single governed graph, and everything your wholesale and distribution teams automate draws from it, whether the work runs in autonomous agents or copilot chats.

Help your agents solve the most complex problems with context graphs.
Ridgeway Mechanical emails a $21,930 PO and wants it all on Friday's truck. But 3 lines are 2–8 °C product, which ships Monday to Wednesday only, and the only lot on hand misses their shelf-life minimum. Their buyer accepted split shipments by email last month. Enter, split, or hold?
One question. Five kinds of context, each in a different system: the PO doesn't know about the buyer's email, and the ERP doesn't know the customer's shelf-life terms.
How the Context Graph works →Customer terms and allocation policy
Policy context · What did we agree with this customer?
Ridgeway needs 90 days of remaining shelf life. 2–8 °C ships Mon–Wed only.
ERP and inventory
System-of-record context · What's on hand, and when?
Lot L-2291 has 40 days left. Lot L-2307, with 120 days, arrives Monday.
Order arithmetic
Computed context · What can ship Friday?
11 lines, $17,480, ship Friday. 3 cold-chain lines, $4,450, ship Monday.
Customer buyer email
Conversation context · Will they take a split?
Their buyer approved split shipments in writing on 12 Sep.
Order management SOP
SOP context · How do we respond?
Enter it as two shipments and confirm both dates with the customer.

HIPAABAA on enterprise plansWhat you might be wondering.
Every customer has different terms, ship-to rules and PO formats. Does that scale?
Each customer's terms become their own scoped set of rules, so the agent applies the shelf-life minimums, case packs, ship windows and pricing for that customer and ship-to rather than an average of all of them.
Does Trail enter orders into our ERP?
Trail builds the sales order with the lines, the lot allocation and the rule citation. Entry goes through the approval gate you configure, into your EDI 850/855 flow, your ERP or your existing order management workflow.
What about changes a customer asked for over email?
Email is one of the five kinds of context Trail resolves. A buyer's written OK to split a shipment or take a substitute can be exactly what turns a held order into a shipped one, and the rule can say so.
We already have an order management system. Does Trail replace it?
No. Your OMS or ERP holds the order. Trail decides how each line should be entered and why, then hands it back with the evidence attached.
Turn your commercial and supplier processes
into a competitive advantage.
Bring your order management SOP and one order that got stuck. We'll show you how Trail proposes rules and builds an agent that enters it correctly and acts on it.
