Pricing

Pricing that grows with your Trail.

Four plans, priced on three simple ceilings — the rules you keep, the people who write them, and how often your agents read them. Pick the plan that fits your largest number; cross any one threshold and you move up to the next.

Pricing questions.

How do the plans work?

Each plan sets a ceiling on three things: how many rules you keep, how many people create and edit them, and how many times your agents read a rule each month. You're on the plan that covers your largest number — cross any one threshold and you move up to the next.

What counts as an agent read?

Every time a connected agent retrieves a rule to answer or act, that's one read. Reads are counted per month and reset at the start of each month.

Who counts as an editor?

Anyone who creates or edits rules. People who only ask questions through a connected agent don't count toward the editor limit.

What happens if I outgrow a plan?

We flag it as you approach a threshold and move you up to the next plan. Nothing you've built or approved is lost when you move — your brain, rules, and connections carry over.

Where does my data live?

Run Trail managed, single-tenant, or fully inside your own VPC, with storage and processing pinnable to a region. Your data and company brain never leave your boundary.

Not sure which plan fits?
We'll help you map it.

Tell us what your team is automating and we'll size the plan to your rules, editors, and agent traffic — and show Trail running on your own context.
